I need to create proposals from project templates, track staff timesheets, task scheduling, resource allocation, expenses and billing information.
I am looking to do this as quickly and cheaply as possible, e.g. not Microsoft Project! I have discovered Standard Time which looks fantastic but am looking for alternatives. It must be server based or use some other method to facilitate multi user access and centralised project management / collaboration.
