What to include in NDA?

I need to include a general statement in the Exhibits section of an NDA for a new client. Any recommendations?

I think what I need is a blanket statement about my methodologies, techniques etc., but for some reason I'm at a loss...it's been a few years since I've done outside consulting work.

I think certain ideas and information relating to a Website that should be kept confidential and for this Non Disclosure Ageement is necessary but it all depends upon the site and what portion you want to keep confidential.
