I am currently researching a new market and hoping to use a survey in an attempt to better evaluate what my users would want in the service my site will provide. I know content is king and that is very much in my vision but I would definitely appreciate user feedback to assist in the creation process.
That said, what are people's views on surveys in general?
Can anyone reccomend some software or online services they may use or have used in the past?
