I have been asking to several companies that incorporate business in the united states and most has been very helpfull.
However, I have not find none that provide accounting or legal advise or recommend accouting or lawyers firms to get this.
My main doubt is, should my accounting be one living in the USA? If I live in a big city abroad, I'm sure I certanly find more people with companies in the USA and local accounting firms handling, however I can't see how appropiate would be.
I need an accouting consulting to help me get started with my online business, preferable in the valley of Texas. Any comment is very welcome, even not a direct recomendation.

Most of the big (big) accounting firms are more than able to handle accounting for other countries, as they will have offices and expertise there as well. It may set you back in terms of fees, but that should be weighed against having someone on the same timezone, with the same accent/language, and who you can make a face-to-face appointment with.

I'm waiting their email reply to my inquiry.
