I need a legal contract redacted

between two companies: one in france and the other in USA

Hi,
My company in France, is in contact with a company in USA. We talked and I proposed reselling their product trough my site web. The company will directly ship the product from the orders I send them.

To tight this up, I need to establish a contract that we would both sign. This contract should clearly define the roles of each of our companies.
We are both small companies, so it needs to be formal.

Is anyone aware about a legal Internet service firm that can redact such contracts? Or maybe a specialist in this forum (I will pay of course) .

Sounds to me like you don't need an Internet specialist - just a good commercial lawyer who's used to doing international work.
