I'm just wondering what type of proof of sales would I be able to provide the buyer if I sell my site.

My customers pay me through Paypal and 2checkout. Would a generated report from both be sufficient proof of sales?

You can take screenshots of your paypal transactions, then blocking out the names of your buyers. PayPal also allows you to export and download your transactions into a CSV file.

Maybe give them access to your stats, Alexa ranking, and archive.org history.

Showing paypal statements and 2 checkouts may some times be stage managed.

Alexa ranking is a comedy.

Better you have a site traffic analyser for a month or two then give the proposer the datas that you have.

This will be more genuine in nature.

The site traffic report should contain the IPs, daily views per geography. Don't show the keywords and search engines refered, then the proposer will create one by himself.

How about audited business accounts?
