This question has probably been asked and answered before, but I'm very pressed for time and could use some help rather soon.

A website I have been working on for the last two years has finally started to do well for me financially, and it is getting a fair number of visits. The site is fairly interactive with a forum and with an expert Q&A section where doctors answer questions from individuals.

In the last month the site has been threatened by a spammer that wants to sell junk to people and thinks I should let him advertise for free in my forums, I have been harassed by another company that wants to advertise on my site (that I have turned down) and is generally probing around the site in a less than ethical manner, and I have had doctors that contribute to the site arguing with each other about who was first to come up with some medical procedures.

All of this has me very concerned that some unscrupulous or over-aggressive individuals will try to sue me or cause me trouble in some other fashion.

I have poured a lot of heart and soul into my site and have worked diligently to be honest and ethical at all times. I need a disclaimer or terms of use for the site that will protect me from people that will either (a) misuse the information on the site (b) harass or otherwise cause damages to my site in some fashion.

Where can I turn to get a good disclaimer for the site written that will meet the specific requirements I may have? Also need to be able to put together contractual documents that will bind the doctors who post on the site to some terms that protect me and my site.

Help!

Thanks in advance,
