I have a windows server and want to create a batch file to automatically copy a directory into a zip file so that I can download it when I need to.
Can anyone point me in the right direction how to do this?

If you have WinZip then get their
WinZip Command Line Support Add-On
and simply use a batch file. It's pretty easy.
