I am looking for advice and maybe a look over the site that in my opinion is infringing the law. So if anybody can help would they please let me know via sticky mail....and maybe post a reply here so that I get notififcation.

Just bringing it to the top of the recent posts, as I would dearly like some help from someone who has been through this already, and what actions were taken.
It is not just in the content of the website that they have used the trademark, but also in the title and META areas. They are also less than complimentary about my client in the copy of the pages, I think that they will have to do something about it legally if contacted officially. However I would like some confirmation before informing the client on what steps to take.
