online project management

I’m looking for a project management web based app that will allow me to keep in contact and record conversations with my clients. I’d like to be able to post hours on it, demos and snapshots of designs, time tracking on my hours etc.
I found one product so far that has some of the features im looking for is BasecampHQ.

Anyone have any recommendations to some links, or a service similar to this that they are using.

Haven't tried it, but SourceForge's project of the month looked interesting...SugarCRM.

Used Basecamp when we were a lot smaller. It did the trick. It is VERY simple and you have to use workarounds to get it to work for you...which can cause a lot of extra work...but its a clean friendly solution and its simple for everyone to use. I liked it.
