How to have an Internet business 100% legal in Spain?

I do have several things on the Internet, and I
would like to know what it takes to have the whole
thing 100% legal in Spain.

Do I have to pay "autónomos" each month, right?
It's ok even if I have a regular job? And every 3
months comes the VAT (IVA) liquidation, right?

Where is the "limit" starting from you can get caught
and penalized?

I hope to get some spaniard around here to asnwer
these questions :)

You need to pay the social security costs and declare your income and costs to "hacienda" for tax purposes. Whether you do that as freelance (or autonomo as it's known in Spain) or by setting up a limited company (sociedad limitada) depends on you.

A limited company gives you much more flexibility and of course you are not liable yourself if any legal problems should occur.

I suggest you speak to a qualified accountant or what we call in Spain a "gestor", to get advice on what the best method is for you.
