This question has probably been asked, but I can't find it. There must be a simple work log timer that can be used for client billing. I have one on trial for $15.00, but sometimes the best is even free.:)

I did that first and that's how I found the one I'm using on trial. I looked extensively before turning to the ultimate resource which is WebmasterWorld. There was nothing there open source or free that I could find.
