Hosting for resellers of email aliases?

I want to start selling personalize email addresses of my websites.

I have many websites with actives communities and I want to start selling personalize email addresses on my domains; Let's say my domain is "widget.com" I want to let people use for a fee [e-mail]., [e-mail], [e-mail] etc. I also maybe want to offer the possibility to add later, more domains to choose from.

Do someone know some companies who take care of the hosting for resellers of email aliases? I mean something that will already have a build in interface that will give to my customers:
POP3 access
Web mail
SPAM filtering
Setting of forwarding and similar options.

I want to only have to care of the marketing and maybe set a payment system no more.

It seems you want a web hosting control minus the web space features. I have no idea how much that costs, but look at web hosting reseller offerings and ask that question.
