Value Added Services for Customers

Which added value services can I offer at a reasonable cost?

Hi all,
I am thinking in offering a webmail to my clients.

Before, I would like to know which other services are out there...

Is anyone offering reasonable hosting so that people can get their own site space in mydomain/blablabla or so?
I would be very interested on this.

Which other ideas of cheap and interesting added value services?

Well, just this: WHICH ADDED VALUE SERVICES?

thank you, this forum is the best after my mother!

I think the answer depends on what type of business and, accordingly, what type of customers you have. Who's your web audience? What would they consider valuable? There's no blanket answer for that ... if you run an ISP, sure, Webmail is a necessary. If you sell green widgets to farmers, why would they care to get webmail (or web hosting) from you?
