Seeking subcontractors

Good places to look?

Hi all,

I'm a web design freelancer. I'm looking to establish a network of subcontractors in all web-related disciplines to help with projects. I've checked out the commercial section of WW. Can anyone recommend any other good places to look?

Most technologies, perl for example, have usergroups. Many of these groups have job lists that you can post to.
