Any advice for a designer interested in reselling hosting?

Hi!

I've started a web design business about 8 months ago, and I'm interested in reselling hosting packages. I am essetially thinking of it in two tiers: one tier to my desgin clients, where I would be managing the sites for them; and, the other to the general Internet public (read residual income!)

I've been doing quite a bit of research on reseller programs and have narrowed it down to 3: resellers panel, monsterhosting and value reseller. Has anyone used these resellers? Do you have any comments on:

-their reliability
-their response time to support tickets
-what they provide to their resellers (ie. training, doucmentation, infrastructure)

One last question, for those of you reselling now how are you limiting your liability? Any hints for someone just starting out?
