It's funny how people will start a business without a business plan. You have to get out excel and run the numbers. You will find out real quick how many customers it will take to make money. It's fun to play with the numbers you can see how a small change can help you or hurt you. I've seen people that had no idea they were spending $1 to make $0.50.
