Phpadsnew Or Max Media Manager?, Which should we use please?

Confused about the difference between phpAdsNew and Max Media Manager. Which one should we use?

I gather the latter is for larger sites (which ours is not), but it has more features (which we'd like). Also, from the other threads on their website, MMM is the script which will be upgraded whereas phpAdsNew is not going to continue being developed. Is that correct?

Just wondering which software is better for a 'middle'-size network of sites with about 1,000,000 page impressions a month. We don't need advertisers to be able to manage their campaigns with seperate logins - do it all ourselves.

phpAdsNew can be used on large web sites with no problem. Go with the one that has the best features and is the most stable, it's a major pain when trying to find a bug in a PHP script. I would have to say that phpAdsNew is the best ad management program out there right now. And yes phpAdsNew is still being developed.
