Over the past few years we have built up quite a large mailing list and I would like to know if there are any mailing list programs out there that are worth using. We have a on our server which I could use but it is confusing and has no instructions. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried Mailman [gnu.org] ... or maybe that's the one on your server. Are you looking for a desktop app?
