It was one of those calls, the customer hasn't been around in a few years, and looked us up. She found the website yesterday and spent what sounded like most of the night perusing the pages.

C: Wow, you guys have made some changes to your web site. I mean, good changes. I like it.

Me: Thank you very much!

The only reason she called today was because the items she added to the cart were NOT going into the cart. (It works great for me) So I took a phone order, and now I'm going to have another look at the cart. Back to work....

You should have told her that you designed it that way so she would have to call in and talk to you. Tell her it was good to hear from her and now you will update the site so she can shop again.
