How do I set permissions on IIS?

I am on a school network. The NOS is Novell Netware 4.1; the desktops are all W2k Professional. I do have administrative rights on the W2k machines, but only limited rights on the network (but that does not matter). I installed IIS on 30 PCs. As Administrator on Local Machine Only or as myself while on the network, I can launch IIS and I have access to all of the folders in the IIS Console. However, when I log on to the machine as a student (whether on the network or on Local Machine Only), all of the default folders in the IIS console have a red X through them. Obviously, students do not have rights to run IIS. OK. How do I give them the rights to all of the default IIS directories and allow them to run and administer IIS WITHOUT making them Administrators on the entire machine? Thank you for any help.

In the Internet Information Service Internet Service Manager application (the one you use for configuring everything), select the web site (or machine if you want them to configure everything). Right click and select Properties from the menu. On the Operators tab, you can add accounts that you want to have configuration privileges on the machine.
