Unknown URL attached to site yahoo results

Hello all,

I've done a search in Yahoo for my website URL, when i choose MORE PAGES FROM THIS SITE, I get tens of results as below:

www.#*$!xx.net/index2.php?domain=www.quark.biz
www.xxxxx.net/index2.php?domain=www.topladies.com

xxxxx above being my website URL. Could any one tell me please how these URLs quark.biz and topladies.com have attached their sites to mine, is it harming my search engine ranking potentials and how do I get rid of these?

This has baffled me and as yet can't get any solutions from the site designers.

Do these urls redirect to your site? (i.e. where do you end up if you click the search results?)

Yes, it redirects to my site but says: "The web page you are viewing is trying to close the window. Do you want to close the window? Yes/NO".

Could be a new wrinkle in google page hijacking. However, this sounds harmless.
