Despite assurances from EV1 about being above sea-level and their extensive power backup, keep in mind all the data lines could easily go down into this area.
EV1 does NOT do offsite backup on any plan that I am aware of, only mirroring to another local drive, so getting a copy of your entire server in the next few hours might be a really good idea.
