Webhostmanager account (ftp for new accounts data?)

Next step after creating new accounts in a packge

I have WHM and created a package. New accounts and users appear ok and received an email

Ip: 67.20.34.11 (n)
¦ HasCgi: y
¦ UserName: myuser
¦ PassWord: mypass
¦ CpanelMod: monsoon
¦ HomeRoot: /home

I can access http via [67.15.56.13...]
but I don't have idea about how to access ftp to upload something or access control panel.

Any help please?

Assuming you use something like cuteftp or wsftp, you will do this:

ftp to the IP address provided you: 67.20.34.11
username will be: myuser
password will be: mypassword

that's all there is to it!

If you have cpanel and you need to get to it, it will likely be at: [67.20.34.11:2082...]
same username and password
(but I'm kinda guessing here)
