403's on blogger sites?

I have a number of blogger sites treating of various subjects, and for some reason a few of them are generating 403 (Forbidden) server errors.

At first I thought it may be a global issue with blogger, but a few of the sites do work properly.

Anybody else have this problem, or know anything about it?

Mini Microsoft seems to be 403. That's a very popular site.
