rel="noflow" now it safe?

How to use rel="noflow" for an internal links ( to scripts ) at my own website? Does it produce any problems with google or other search engines who will think that this site is bad? I need to exclude some pages from indexing, it's scripts with many params.

I assume you mean rel="nofollow"

I use it all the time. Never had a problem.

For example, if this were my forum, and there was a link to view the thread in reverse order, that link wold be reled as nofollow.

That way, the thread gets indexed just once, not multiple times.
