Static to dynamic Change over

index.htm to index.php

We changing our site from static to a mambo site the current site has under 300 pages can i do a site wide redirect from the current index.htm to the new index.php?

and we are all so on a windows server if that helps any

Is this coorect?

redirect 301 /index.htm [mysite.com.au...]
