it was my first experience
i hosted with a host they offered free Domain Registration and i mentioned my Domain Name.
Now after passing 5 days they do not reply to my tickets and yet have not taken my Domain Name.
They offered 30 days Money Back Guarantee.
Kindly tell me how can i get my Money Back.

Did you say free domain name registration? Then what money are you trying to get back? Please clarify.

You should write them that if they improve their service and support you're interested to stick with and continue hosting from them. Give them a chance perhaps they'll respond you and the problem can be solved.

OK Rolozo I understand you're frustrated but there's no need to SHOUT ;)
You should try to recover your money from them. If that doesn't work and you paid with a credit card then do a chargeback (warn them that you're going to do this first and maybe they'll refund your money themselves). Then move to a better host (preferably one who doesn't offer anything for free ;) ).

I had a host once that refused to cancel my service. I had to do a chargeback, which worked. Check the back of your credit card statement, and there should be a form where you can say that you paid for services that were not received. Or check the web site for your card under "dispute charges".
