Is it important or necessary to insert key words on all 100 pages of my web site? If so, should the key words be the same? I'm not speaking of the title, only the key words.

If you use keywords keep your list as small as possible. Two or three words perhaps...something that matches your one and only h1 tag, maybe a word or two from a h2 tag or two. It shows your site isn't about spam and making a strong reference between headers and meta keywords may give you more credit with search engines that are conservative about but still open to using keywords.
