How to write plugins for ie?

Anyone know of any good online sources for how to go about writing plugins for ie? (or care to post their knowledge here?)

IE specific plugins are a bad idea, but if you wanted IE only it would be activeX you're after. What do you want the plugin to do anyway?

try going to the source. microsoft keeps the msdn documentation available online. look under internet development sdk. specifically, at the client side section.
