I think you will have to give some context i.e. where did you find this phrase? I've found various sites called TE Site "Teen Empowerment Site" "Todd Eldredge Site" "Terrifying Experience Site" and a product called TE Site Replicator.
Also if you are getting results from New Zealand and it isn't English, then you are getting results in a language called Maori.
