Allow a download from site?

Using DW, how do I allow a download

I have been using DW for over a year now and I need to allow a client to access a file for a download "download now"! The file would be a PDF! How do I allow this successfully?

Just add a link to the file.

Okay...I know how to do that, however do I make a button for the link?

Use your favorite image software, make a picture of a button and link that to the file.
