I am wondering if anyone can share good places to find website businesses for sale? Maybe a place that is not full of turnkey sites.
So far I have ebay and sitepoint forums, any others?

I'm sure you already know this, but "turn-key" and "scam" are very much hand-in-hand. I have had the most luck with contacting business brokers off-line and having them do the hunt for me, and me doing searches and finding businesses that I am interested in and picking up the phone and calling direct. Leave email out of it. Use Alexa to find their phone number if it isn't listed on their site or in the WHOIS info. And one more piece of advice. Let them do all the talking. Sites that you would pay $5k for, they will let go for a few hundred dollars.

I am looking for something in the 40k-100k level, and having a hard time finding any type of place that lists websites of good quality for sale.
Yeah I know about turn-keys and am not in the market for those.

Some places can be found on Sedo.com. I am selling one of my older sites there. It's been up there for a couple months, so I don't know how good it is...but it's worth a look.

It is pretty easy to start one yourself. You just have to have motivation.
