How to Get more traffic

I need to know where or how can I get more traffic on web hosting link page ....

That's really too broad a question to be able to answer. Can you perhaps try narrowing it down a little?

Where is your current traffic coming from? Are you mostly relying on Search traffic, or advertising?

The site is not yet finished and on the net, I will for the start of it try to use search engine traffic and other source of traffic I can, do you know any site I can register to it?

I would like to suggest that you should organize well your site and try to generate sufficient amount of clicks and views first thereafter you should look for SE.

However on starting phase you should concentrate your local market, once you get a base you can search for a most suitable ad campaign.
