Link bouncer?

Ok here it goes.

I have a website that stores links in a database from around 100 websites the database grows around 20.000 links a day and I store them for a month.
Now I want to disguise my site and use some sort of a bouncer to redirect the traffic originating from my site to the original article site.

I know I've seen it somewhere but I kinda forgot it.

I'm not sure that anyone here understands what you want to do. At least, I don't. Maybe you should rephrase your post, or provide further explanation and details.

I think he wants a redirect so that spiders don't follow the links. I don't know how to do it.
