My question is

are these messages going to your clients or are they coming to you?

sorry, I can probably answer your question but I am just not sure of the specifics.

Are these customers with addresses on your mail server? If so then you need to make sure your anti virus on the mail server is up to date.

if it is just coming to you then just delete them, don't preview them or anything

we get tons of the same kind of spam, they just run through the regular email addresses that may exist.

My understanding of this virus is that it is only going to "domain" email addresses. In other words, only folks using @yourdomain.com are getting them.
So it's really an inhouse pain in a$$ and not something that your customers are getting.
