I'm not a lawyer, but I'd say that it depends... on whether or not you received the right to resell them! ("Duh!")

If you are inquiring about reselling the templates that come with a hosting package for which you are the reseller, separately from the hosting package itself, I'd guess that, in most cases, you would not have the right to do it!

Well, I looked at some of these sites, and apparently these templates come with "master resell rights" --IMO that means that, yes, you would be able to resell them. (But again: I'm not a lawyer!)

If I may give you one bit of advice: I think it would be wise to consult a lawyer regarding legal matters!

I also suspect that the answer to your question depends on the exact details of the deal you're considering, so don't be surprised if nobody is able (or willing) to answer such a "broad" question.

In general, if the seller explicitly states that you can resell the templates, it certainly would make sense if it were, indeed, legal to resell them...

However, that would assume, IMO, that the seller is legally entitled to sell these "master resell rights" --so you would have to know the full, exact details before you could answer the question!

Describe what you mean first. Reseller Websites is a nondescrip description and is meaningless - especially when put in Google.

It totally depends upon the licensing agreement of the original purchase.

Not "reseller websites", "reseller templates" aka "reseller website templates". If you type "reseller website templates" into Google you will see what I am mean. They are large packages of website templates that you "reseller rights" to that you can resell to others if you so choose. At least that's what all of the sites say. I just wanted to verify that this is legal. All help is appreciated.

It will almost certainly vary from one provider to another. Probably any provider that allows you to resell their website templates to your customers will advertise the fact in unmistakable terms. Nobody is going to give you a "yes" or a "no" to this question, though. You'll need to read and understand the licensing policies, terms of service, etc., and make your own decision.
