I'm comming here this time looking for help about the subject because I have been contacted by a radio station from my country which want to write an article about my website and broadcast a live interview with me :p. I was ver surprised of this because my website is a hobbie site with no that many hits or users, but looks like this person from the radio station is an entusiastic about the hobbie and wants to use my site to promote it in some way.
We are already working a little in the article and he has aked me to be prepared for a possible live broadcasting in addition to the internet publication.
I'm of course expert in my hobbie but nothing in advertisement/marketing or in how to get the most of this unique in the life oportunity :-).
Please help me with some ideas of what/how to tell/do , ect. or what NOT to be done.
As I said, it could be a unique oportunity for my website and I'll like to get the most of it.
To give you an idea, my hobbie website has info about the game with a championship and a forum so the people can chat, help them self and get fun all the time.
Thanks in advance for all the help and tips you can give me here.

My $.02 cents:
I would quickly create some sort of a give-a-way, contest, or promotion that you could announce to bring the listeners in versus just giving out the url. When people think they are getting something or could win something they are more likely to visit and come back again.
Hope this helps.
Consider it like a normal promotion - target group and all that stuff. So you know which topics you would like to talk about. Of course the reporter probably want to talk about something completely different - but if you can have just a little influence on it... you get more out of it. Of course don't answer something completely different than what you are asked for.
When my team went on national TV - the vice captian was very keen on explaining how expensive the hobby was and how much he had paid for his equipment. NOT very smart - who the f*** is going to start a sport that cost 5000 $ +? Instead of focusing on how cheap it could be done! Be aware of topics to avoid or handle with care too.
