Question For Owners of Several Sites

I am going to be having 4 sites one alone takes 200gb bandwidth on other 3 total they might take the same 200gb total so I will use about 400gb total bw for all my sites. Plan to expand later.

My question is those who have alot of sites did you buy server that way you don't have several bills to pay and only large one? If so is it hard to maintenance one? I have never ran a server and am looking into getting one once my earnings get high enough that way I don't have 4 seperate bills.
