Block ad serving ads

HI,

More and more sites have pop up ads, is there a way to block pop ups that are driven from an ad server? I know there are pop up killers but you risk missing a pop up that you may want. Blocking ad servers will hopefully knock off many of the nontargeted ads that clutter web sites.

Interesting. That seems to work ok, I downloaded the demo. But on atleast 2 sites that I visit regularly, I noticed problems. One problem is images that were not ads were removed (see nypost.com) and on clickz, the links were removed.
I am using the default configuration, does that need to be tweaked?
