Looking to Create a Blog

Okay, I would like to create a blog as a paralell to one of my websites.

Any suggestions? Reputable blog services, things to avoid, tips, etc?

a lot of people I know use blogger.com but if you want something you can modify check out: sourceforge.net/projects/sphpblog/

It's a good little system you can modify through a built in admin section or just change the source code.

'Pivotlog' is what I would use, a great bit of kit :)

A lot of people use WordPress or MoveableType.

I second the nomination for SphpBlog. I use it and love it. Very simple to tweek by changing the CSS file.
