I'm Scott, I've been coming here for about 2 years now but never signed up. I'm sorry if this topic is in the wrong category, I thought it belonged in here.
Anyways, I'm wanting to see just how much money I would be able to make with a few things I plan to do. First off I been doing websites now since 99 and I've spent 6-8 hours a day everyday online working on my own. What I'm going to do is open a website similar to IGN/Gamespot/Myspace it will have everything they have to offer plus a bit more. Next is I just opened a web design company few weeks ago and have already made a over a $1000 on it in 4 weeks. Now back to my website I'm opening, I have google adsense with it, I also have a contract with pricegrabber and I'm looking to get involved with some more programs if you guys could help me out with what I could or should do.
I'm wanting to make a living doing what I love to do which is create websites for company's and manage my own and make it big and popular, what I'm wanting to know is basically is all of this possible if I put in hard work every week day and even weekends? I want to try and aim for $3-4k+ a month or $100-200 a day, I know in the beginning I'll be aiming for less than that of course. I know I will have to get my website lots of visitors and I will have to get some sales for my web design company, but I'm ready to do all that, I just basically need to know these things.
1. Is all this possible if hard work and time is put into it? I have the knowledge to create and design anything. I just need help on sales for web design which by the way I'm searching for a sales manager now if anyone is interested.
2. What other types of things or programs can I do to help me out now or in the long run with making income?
If you could share your success, please do as I would like to know how others do in the online business.

Anything is possible. But you can't be in love with it. It's a business. You need to generate cash.
Web Design can be lucrative, but there is a ton of competition out there. Make that Three Tons.
Everybody with a copy of Frontpage calls themselves a web designer, and people will always work for less money that you will.
The old advice for a successful business: Find or Invent a disease and sell the cure.
Everything else is just a widget.
