Time and Attendance Software

One of my client needs a powerful and feature-rich time and attendance software which can track the attendance of all the staff. I tried looking up, but there are tons of them and it would be helpful if someone could mention a few such softwares which they have used.

The features required are:
- Can handle in excess of 100 clients/staff
- Main software should be installed on one computer (Server) and the client softwares connect through LAN.
- Each staff should be able to punch their login/logout from their computers by clicking on Login/Logout buttons of the client side software (installed on their respective computers).
