Is this a "scraper" site?

finding too many of these to count!

all have 302 redirects pointing to my site. The 'site' is usually one page dedicated to one word or phrase. They list a bunch of sites that are well ranked for the word or phrase they are after but the "links" are all redirects.
Is this what you are all calling scraper sites?
Any way to combat these idiots? It seems so rampant these days.

Does it have Adsense ads on it? If so, it most likely is a scraper.

Some are re-directs and some are straight links.

You might try sticking pins in a voodoo doll labeled "Scraper Scum, et al."

yes.. they always have adsense ads. I have noticed some are straight links, though rarely.
I usually leave them alone if my link is legit.
