Webhosting w/ Multiple class IP's

Hi guys, I'm looking for a new host that offers IP's across many different C classes so that I can spread out my sites instead of having them on the same IP or C block. Anybody know a good hosting company that offers this at a reasonable price?

This is why we go to webmasterworld conference and pick up the notepads on the chairs that say "20 IP's from different C-classes for $66 per month". You got that pad of paper didn't you ;)?
