Article management integrated with phpbb

I'm looking for a decent article management system which i can easily intergrate with the userdatabase of phpbb

yes seen that one aswell
it's ok, would only require a bit of customization

some have suggested to rip part of a cms like mambo and customize it to use phpbb

yea, I would say that for most it would come down to coding skills vs cost. If you enjoy coding and don't want to spend the $ then go with mambo or Typo3.
