Duplicate site

My site has been copied

My site has been copied and uploaded with some cosmetic changes and a different domain name. The duplicate site is starting to appear in search results and I am concerned that the search engines will think I am trying to fool them with 2 sites.
Any ideas what can I do to prevent this happening?

Email the web site's webmaster with your content and demand for the content to be removed. If that don't work contact their web host and tell them the problem and they likely will remove the web site provided you can prove it is really your work that the web site is using. If you can prove that it's your content, I would contact Google and tell them about the web site using your content. Other then that you can do much, but hope for the best.
