regular page or java pop up link

which one se likes better?

i have to add some pages to my website but i am not sure what SE would like better

a normal page or a link to pop up page with just the sotry itself.

i have no problem making either but pop up page is way faster and easier and also keep in mind that sometimes i add over 5 stories a day so making 5 or so full pages might be time consuming and also managment.

please let me know what SE would like better :)

The answer is do what is best for the user. If it's user friendly, the SE's will follow.

From my experience, most users dislike popups. Every toolbar you download now has popup blocking installed.
