I have a site that is recently linked to by a slew of unsavory very high traffic sites. My customer is being bombarded with trash mail and screwy phone calls.
These sites are poking fun at my customers products and normally I'd say fine, I'm up for a funny. But the traffic is overwhelming. Blocking the linking site won't help, any ideas?

Check the referrer server-side and send the traffic someplace where it will produce $$ for you.
