offline sitemaps

not sure where to post this.

I have recently transferred my site to a new host. In my haste to transfer I didn't copy all of my site map(I have a bit of it). I am not convinced however that I have actually linked all my pages to this (part) site map or any other part of the site so in effect I have pages which are never going to be indexed. Other than manually going through 439 pages to check, is there an online/offline way of generating some form of map which will include the unlinked pages. Programme/script etc.

Many web editing programs (such as dreamweaver) have an option to show the linking structure of a site, and identify orphan files (those not linked to).
